Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery (Within Pakistan):
    Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

  • Peak Season Notice:
    During sales or holidays, please allow a little extra time due to high order volume.

Shipping Charges

  • Flat Rate: RS. 200 Nationwide

  • FREE Shipping: On orders above RS. 2,500

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status in real time.

Delivery Guidelines

  • Please make sure your contact number and address are accurate to avoid delays.

  • Our courier partners will attempt 2 deliveries. If unreachable, the parcel may be returned.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or lost, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
We’ll resolve the issue through a replacement or refund.
